Wiem, wiem, dziś pierwszy dzień wiosny. Co z tego, że za oknem u mnie to raczej jakaś zimowa aura, ostry wiatr i pogoda bardziej przypomina lutową. Dlatego siebie i innych niecierpliwych zabieram do Danii. Tam jakoś szybciej zrobiło się kolorowo.
I know, today is the first day of spring. Difficult to believe when I look out of the window into the grey morning. Here we have ice cold wind and grey sky which should be restricted to the winter. That is why I'm moving together with you to Denmark. It seems there is a little bit more colorful.
Każdego roku im bliżej wiosny tym bardziej żałośnie spoglądam na moje balkony a marzy mi się ogródek. Tym chętniej podglądam zachwycające ogrody innych. A ogród Mette Fauerskov jest dla mnie absolutnie przepiękny. Zdyscyplinowany wysokimi żywopłotami szmaragdowych bukszpanów nasycony jest zielenią. Patrząc na niego o różnych porach roku nie zobaczymy kwiecistych łąk czy swobodnych rabat w stylu angielskim. Bardziej nawiązuje do architektonicznej regularności i struktury, która kojarzy mi się z ogrodami francuskimi. A na tle tych odcieni zielonego eksponują się delikatne kwiaty w kolorach przeważnie białych i niebieskich. Elegancki zestaw barw.
Each year the closer the spring the more I dream about a little garden, rather than my balconies. And more often I look at others' beautiful gardens. Believe me that the garden of Mette Fauerskov is absolutely stunning to me. The layout is disciplned by the evergreen boxwood is full of emerald green tones. When you observe it at various stages of the season you will not see any relaxed flowerbeds in the English style. It is more architectual for me, like the French style palace gardens. On the green background you can see mostly the white and blue colors of flowers. A very elegant style.
Tak jest też wczesną wiosną. Zachwycają przebiśniegi i śnieżynki, niebieskie bratki konkurują z szafirowym kosaćcem żyłkowanym czy cebulicą syberyjską. Oczywiście nie może zabraknąć narcyzów czy szafirków. W tym sezonie nie mogę oprzeć się podziwianiu odmian ciemierników. Białe, kremowe i prawie czarne są po prostu obłędne.
Zapraszam więc na spacer po cudownym świecie Mette od pierwszych przebijających przez śnieg łodyżek po pierwsze kwitnące zwiastuny wiosny. Czyż nie są inspirujące?
This scenery delights also in the spring. You can find white snowdrops, blue pensies, sapphire scilla and iris reticulata. Obviously there are also narcissus and muscari. This year I'm particullary in love with helleborus, from white and pale to very deep dark colors.
